Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to serve you better:

Standard Shipping – $12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping (Orders over $50)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Available for most destinations (excluding some Asian and remote regions)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Our Gentle Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your organic baby essentials. If you need to return or exchange an item, we’ve made the process as gentle and straightforward as our fabrics.

Key Points to Remember

  • 15-day return window from delivery date
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed with original tags
  • Free exchanges for size or color (when available)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Final sale items cannot be returned

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Burp Cloths (personal care item)
  • Bibs (personal care item)
  • Bath products (hygiene category)
  • Any items marked “Final Sale”

Our Returns & Exchanges Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • Whether you prefer refund or exchange

Step 2: Prepare Your Package

Once approved, please:

  • Repackage items in original packaging if possible
  • Include all original tags and labels
  • Print and include your return authorization form (we’ll email this)
  • Securely seal the package

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Amount: You’ll receive the item price minus original shipping costs

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Information

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
  • No additional shipping fees for size/color exchanges
  • If exchanging for a higher-priced item, you’ll pay the difference
  • For lower-priced items, we’ll refund the difference
