At Colored Organics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your organic baby essentials. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, we’ve made the process as gentle and straightforward as our fabrics.

  • 15-day return window from delivery date
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed with original tags
  • Free exchanges for size or color (when available)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Final sale items cannot be returned (see exceptions below)

Our Returns & Exchanges Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Please email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer refund or exchange

Step 2: Prepare Your Package

Once approved, please:

  1. Repackage items in original packaging if possible
  2. Include all original tags and labels
  3. Print and include your return authorization form (we’ll email this)
  4. Securely seal the package

Step 3: Ship Your Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Amount: You’ll receive the item price minus original shipping costs

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Information

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
  • No additional shipping fees for size/color exchanges
  • If exchanging for a higher-priced item, you’ll pay the difference
  • For lower-priced items, we’ll refund the difference

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Burp Cloths (personal care item)
  • Bibs (personal care item)
  • Bath products (hygiene category)
  • Any items marked “Final Sale”
